About Me
My name is Julia Rocha. I was born in Switzerland to Brazilian parents with Indigenous roots. Growing up in a high-performance environment, I experienced chronic stress and recurring migraines from an early age — long before I understood how deeply the body holds pressure.
At fourteen, during a difficult period, I spent one year in Brazil, where intensive therapeutic support shaped my understanding of emotional regulation and healing. After returning to Switzerland, I trained as a landscaper and later developed persistent back pain, which led me to question symptom-focused approaches.
After experiences with Western medical treatments and strong medications, I felt called to look deeper — toward the underlying causes of pain and stress. I trained in energy medicine, became a yoga teacher, and in 2020 began professional training in massage therapy, soon working independently with clients.
Over time, it became clear that lasting change requires addressing the nervous system, emotional patterns, and mindset together. I expanded my work to include life coaching, emotional regulation, hypnosis, and meditation, and completed advanced NLP Master-level studies influenced by Tony Robbins’ approach.
From this journey, the HELIX Method emerged — a practical, body-based approach to stress regulation designed for real, demanding lives.
Today, I support people in reducing stress, easing pain, and reconnecting with calm and clarity — using simple, effective techniques that integrate seamlessly into everyday life.


Philosophy
